Bring movement and energy to your event with an immersive 360 video experience your guests will want to do again and again. The 360 Moment creates dynamic, slow-motion-style videos designed for instant sharing and memorable event content.

A professional Forever Moments attendant remains on-site throughout your booked experience to assist guests, manage the platform, and help keep the experience running smoothly.

Your 4-hour experience includes:

Optional enhancements are available separately, including The Red Carpet Moment, The Recorded Moment Audio Guestbook, premium backdrop options, additional event time, and custom branding.

The 360 Moment includes 4 hours of guest-facing service, a professional Forever Moments attendant, 360 video capture, custom video overlay, instant digital sharing, event props, delivery, setup, and breakdown.

Because the 360 experience uses a rotating platform, your venue must provide a safe, level, unobstructed setup area with enough surrounding space for guests to step on and off the platform comfortably. Adequate access for delivery, setup, and breakdown is also required.

For outdoor events, the setup area must be level, stable, and appropriately covered or protected from weather conditions. The experience may be paused or discontinued if conditions are unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment.

Setup and breakdown occur outside of your scheduled service time whenever venue access allows. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information and notifying Forever Moments of any loading, parking, elevator, stair, security, or access restrictions that could affect setup.

Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

All bookings are non-refundable. Eligible bookings may be rescheduled up to three times, subject to availability, when requested at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.

Optional enhancements may include The Red Carpet Moment, The Recorded Moment Audio Guestbook, Premium Backdrop Upgrade, additional event time, and custom branding options.
