Depending on the experience selected, Forever Moments technology may capture or process photographs, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, audio guestbook recordings, digital messages, or other guest-generated event content.

Certain current or future experiences may also use artificial intelligence, automated processing, or AI-enabled creative tools to generate, transform, enhance, personalize, or otherwise process event content.

Participation in these experiences is voluntary. Forever Moments handles event content according to applicable service requirements, client agreements, permissions, and the functionality of the technology used for the experience.

Where an AI-enabled experience requires guest images, videos, audio, or other information to be processed by a third-party technology provider, that information may be transmitted to the provider as necessary to deliver the requested experience.

Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment processors. Forever Moments may receive limited transaction information such as the customer’s name, billing details, payment status, transaction amount, and transaction identifier.

We generally do not directly receive or store a customer’s complete payment-card information when payments are processed by an independent payment provider.

The payment provider’s own privacy and security practices also apply.

Forever Moments may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill bookings and services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory requirements.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. Event photos, videos, recordings, galleries, or other digital content may also have separate retention periods depending on the experience and technology provider used.

Clients and guests are encouraged to download and preserve any digital content they wish to keep.
