Custom printed backdrops require design and production time. Availability is subject to your event date and production schedule.
After booking, Forever Moments will contact you to collect the information and artwork needed for your backdrop, which may include your event name, monogram, logo, preferred colors, theme, or other design details.
A design proof will be provided for approval before production. Clients are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, logos, colors, and other submitted details carefully before approving the final design.
Changes requested after final approval or once production has begun may result in additional fees and may not always be possible.
Final pricing may vary based on backdrop size, materials, artwork requirements, and production needs. If your requested design exceeds the base $399 upgrade, Forever Moments will confirm any additional cost before production begins.
Backdrop placement is subject to venue space, access, and safe setup requirements.
