Your reservation is confirmed once your booking is completed and full payment has been received.

Setup and breakdown occur outside of your booked service time whenever venue access allows. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information and reasonable access for delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown.

Venue requirements may include adequate floor space, access to electrical power, Wi-Fi or cellular connectivity, and sufficient setup access depending on the selected experience. Outdoor events require a safe, level, covered setup area and suitable weather protection.

All bookings are non-refundable. Eligible bookings may be rescheduled up to three times, subject to availability, when requested at least 30 days before the scheduled event. Additional costs associated with a new date, venue, travel, or service changes may apply.
