This upgrade supports the additional print media, preparation, equipment capacity, and event logistics associated with higher-volume printed experiences.
This upgrade is required when booking a printed Forever Moments experience for more than 250 guests.

Events with 751 or more guests require a custom quote so Forever Moments can evaluate printing volume, supplies, staffing, equipment, and event logistics.
Please add this upgrade to the same cart as your eligible printed experience whenever possible.
If your guest count changes after booking and moves into a different service range, please contact Forever Moments so your reservation can be updated.
This upgrade does not provide a separate photo booth experience and must be purchased with an eligible printed Forever Moments booking.
This guest-count upgrade is only required for Forever Moments experiences that include on-site printing.
