Your attendant will help keep the experience running smoothly throughout your event while guests enjoy photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and instant digital sharing.

Additional enhancements may be added separately, including premium backdrops, custom printed backdrops, red carpet & stanchions, audio guestbook, additional event time, and custom branding.
The Hosted Moment includes 3 hours of guest-facing photo booth service, a dedicated Forever Moments attendant, standard backdrop, props, personalized welcome screen, custom event overlay, instant digital sharing, online gallery, delivery, setup, and breakdown.
Printed photos are not included with The Hosted Moment. If you would like on-site printed keepsakes, please book The Keepsake Moment instead.
Setup and breakdown are completed outside of your scheduled experience time whenever venue access allows. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information and reasonable access for delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown.
Outdoor events require a safe, level, appropriately protected setup area. Travel fees may apply depending on your event location.
All bookings are non-refundable. Eligible bookings may be rescheduled up to three times, subject to availability, when requested at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.
