Want your guests to leave with a physical keepsake? Add our Print Keepsake Upgrade to include unlimited on-site printing during your booked experience, with your choice of 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 photo prints.

For printed experiences, the base print upgrade is recommended for events with up to 250 guests. Larger events require the appropriate Printed Experience Guest Count Upgrade.

The Immersive Moment includes 3 hours of guest-facing service, a professional Forever Moments attendant, illuminated inflatable booth, digital photo experience, instant sharing, custom event overlay, premium props, online gallery, delivery, setup, and breakdown.

Because this experience uses a full-size inflatable enclosure, your venue must provide a safe, level, unobstructed setup area with adequate floor space and ceiling clearance. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information and notifying Forever Moments of any stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, parking requirements, security procedures, or other access limitations.

For outdoor events, the setup area must be level, stable, appropriately covered or protected from weather conditions, and suitable for electrical equipment. The experience may be modified, paused, or discontinued if conditions become unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment.

Setup and breakdown occur outside of your scheduled service time whenever venue access allows.

Printed photos are not included in the base Immersive Moment. Clients who would like physical photo keepsakes may add the Print Keepsake Upgrade, which includes unlimited on-site printing during the booked experience and a choice of 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 photo prints.

The standard Print Keepsake Upgrade is recommended for printed events with up to 250 guests. Larger printed events require the applicable Printed Experience Guest Count Upgrade.

For an even larger entertainment experience, The Immersive Moment may also be paired with The 360 Moment as an additional experience, subject to equipment and staffing availability.

Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

All bookings are non-refundable. Eligible bookings may be rescheduled up to three times, subject to availability, when requested at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.
