The Keepsake Moment includes 3 hours of guest-facing photo booth service, a professional Forever Moments attendant, unlimited on-site printing, your choice of 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 photo prints, digital sharing, a custom event overlay, standard backdrop, props, online gallery, delivery, setup, and breakdown.

The base experience is recommended for events with up to 250 guests.

For larger events, please add the appropriate Printed Experience Guest Count Upgrade to your booking:

251–500 guests: +$150
501–750 guests: +$275
751+ guests: Custom quote required

Please enter your estimated guest count accurately when booking. If your event exceeds 250 guests and the appropriate upgrade has not been added, our team may contact you before your event to update your reservation.

Setup and breakdown occur outside of your scheduled service time whenever venue access allows. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information and reasonable access for delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown.

Outdoor events require a safe, level, appropriately covered or protected setup area. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

All bookings are non-refundable. Eligible bookings may be rescheduled up to three times, subject to availability, when requested at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.
