The Recorded Moment includes 3 hours of guest-facing audio guestbook service, a personalized greeting setup, guest voice message recording, digital delivery of recorded messages, delivery, setup, and breakdown.

Please provide accurate venue information and reasonable access for delivery, setup, and pickup. Clients should also notify Forever Moments of any stairs, elevators, loading restrictions, parking requirements, security procedures, or other access limitations that may affect setup.

For outdoor events, the audio guestbook must be placed in a safe, stable, appropriately covered or protected area to help protect the equipment from weather and environmental conditions.

Setup and breakdown occur outside of your scheduled service time whenever venue access allows.

Your recorded messages will be collected and delivered digitally after the event. Delivery timing may vary depending on the number of recordings and any required file organization or processing.

All bookings are non-refundable. Eligible bookings may be rescheduled up to three times, subject to availability, when requested at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.
